About Kingdom Analytical

Kingdom Analytical publishes editorial material on one narrow subject: the documentation that accompanies laboratory materials, and how to read it. What a certificate of analysis establishes. How a retest date is earned. Why a purity figure without a named method is not a figure at all.

Why bother publishing it

Because the documentation is the only part of a material purchase a buyer can actually inspect. You cannot see purity. You cannot see water content. You certainly cannot see whether a sample was representative of the lot it came from. All you get is a document, and almost nobody is taught how to read one.

The result is a market where a confident PDF with a high number on it does the work that a method statement and an acceptance criterion should be doing. We think that is worth writing about, and we benefit when buyers are more demanding rather than less.

What we do not do

• We do not give advice. Nothing here is medical, clinical, veterinary, legal or regulatory advice, and nothing here should be used to decide anything about a person's health.
• We do not review suppliers. No rankings, no comparisons, no recommendations. We publish editorial material, not comparisons.
• We do not accept payment for coverage. There is no sponsored content on this site, because there is no advertising on this site.
• We do not sell anything. Not a product, not a subscription, not your email address.

Corrections

If something here is wrong we would like to know and we will fix it. Technical material dates quickly and methods change. Write to us at the address on the contact page and tell us what is wrong and how you know. We will correct the page and note that we did.
