By using kingdomanalytical.com you accept these terms. They are short, and the three that matter are: we publish editorial material, we sell nothing, and none of it is advice.
1. What this site is
An editorial and informational resource on analytical documentation. Nothing is offered for sale on this site and no order can be placed on it. No contract of sale can be formed here. See the about page for our commercial-interest disclosure.
2. Not advice
Nothing published here is medical, clinical, veterinary, legal, regulatory or professional advice of any kind. It must not be used to make a decision about any person's health, or to decide whether any material is suitable for any purpose. If you need advice, engage somebody qualified to give it.
3. Age confirmation
Part of this site asks you to confirm you are twenty-one years of age or older. Confirming when that is untrue is a breach of these terms, and we may prevent further access. We record that a confirmation was made. We do not record your date of birth.
4. No warranty on accuracy
Technical material dates. Methods are revised, standards are updated, and something accurate when written can be wrong two years later. We publish in good faith and correct errors when they are pointed out, but we do not warrant that any page is complete, current or free of mistakes. Verify anything you intend to rely on against a primary source.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to third parties, including at least one that sells materials for research use. Those sites are not under our control. Their terms and their privacy notices govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or their conduct.
Materials referenced by any third party reached from this site are supplied for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. They are not foods, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices or dietary supplements, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that any material diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents anything.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
- Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people.
- Do not republish substantial extracts as your own work. Quote it, link to it, cite it, all fine.
7. Intellectual property
The text on this site is ours. You are welcome to quote it with attribution and a link. You are not welcome to republish it wholesale.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts of Kings County, New York.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the revised version.
